Order processing & Shipping Lead time/How long does it take for my order to be shipped? -

Once an order is placed it will be shipped in 1-2 business days.  Orders placed before 10:30 EST should ship same day.

Cancelation/order changes- Can I cancel or make changes to my order? -

We are committed to processing and shipping orders out as quickly as possible.  After an order has been processed into our system, moved into the shipping query no adjustments or cancelation can be made.

Tracking number/how can I track my order?

Your order will be shipped through Fedex or UPS.  When a shipping label is generated you will receive an email with your tracking #.  At that time, you may not see the tracking # in the carrier’s system yet.  Please allow until the end of the day for the tracking # to register.

Delivery date/How long will it take for my order to be delivered? –

All Orders are shipped out of our Niagara Falls, NY Location.  Transit times are dependent on the destination location distance from our shipping facility.  Find your zone on the colored map below for an estimate of how many business days your package will take to arrive after shipment.

Multi-box shipments- I only received one tracking number?

Many of our products ship in more than 1 box, therefore there are multiple tracking #s.  You will receive a master tracking number from us, and the carrier website provide expanded tracking information for each parcel in the shipment.

Split shipment/Where are my other packages?

Because we ship products in multiple boxes, occasionally boxes may be delivered earlier/later than others. Every package has a unique tracking # identifying it, please refer back to your tracking email and the carrier website for an update on the outstanding packages to be delivered.

Alaska & Hawaii Customers/Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, we can ship products to Alaska and Hawaii.  Please fill out the form below with product name and quantity.  We will provide a shipping quote for the order.

Canadian Customers/Do you ship to Canada?

International customers/Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the US and Canada.
